Thank you for everything guys - the last 5 years have been fun with plenty of memories and amusing nights out (Christmas Do 2017 people). Thank you for my gifts and I hope I'll bump into you in and around Berko (for non-gym goers, we can meet for lunchtime coffees!!).

Charity Boxing

Massive respect to Rhys last Saturday for stepping into the boxing ring for 3 rounds following just 8 weeks of training in aid of Cancer Research. Held at Sports Space this was a White Collar Boxing night with loads of fights (both men and women). Tom, Kristian and George were able to attend and support Rhys in what was a top night out!
